Meet Grace
Creating space for intentional movement, grounding, and connection.
Yoga became part of my life during a time when I was learning how to slow down, reconnect with myself, and approach wellness in a more intentional way.
What began as a personal practice quickly became something much deeper — a space to breathe, feel grounded, and return to myself both physically and mentally.
Over time, that experience inspired me to complete my 200-hour yoga teacher training, which was rooted in the traditions of Classical Yoga, Tantric Yoga, and Hatha Yoga.
My approach to teaching is rooted in accessibility, mindful movement, and creating welcoming spaces where people can show up exactly as they are. I believe yoga doesn’t need to be intimidating or performative to be meaningful. Some days, practice looks like strength and movement. Other days, it looks like stillness, breath, and simply slowing down enough to listen to yourself.
Through Ground With Grace Yoga, my hope is to create experiences that help people feel more grounded, connected, and at home in their bodies — whether through community classes, private sessions, or wellness gatherings.
Based in Baltimore, I currently offer private yoga sessions, community classes, wellness partnerships, and intentional event experiences.
My Teaching Philosophy
I believe that yoga should be accessible and welcoming to everyone. My approach is rooted in compassion, respect, and honesty. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to your practice, my goal is simple: to help you feel grounded, present, and at home in your body.
